Cancellation policy

To receive a full refund or gift card credit, please notify us of your cancellation within the following timeframes:

• Small Groups (1–4 people): At least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

• Large Groups (5+ people): At least 14 days in advance.

Cancellations can be processed via email, live chat, or phone. Please note that no-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
